MELAseal Pro

The sealing device is ready for operation within 2 min.: You can package instruments quickly, safely and without pauses. Benefit from the advantage of a segmented seal seam with a width of 14 mm. The nature of the seal seam guarantees maximum safety during storage as well as first-class convenience when opening the film packaging.

MELAseal Pro can be validated according to EN ISO 11607-2, which enables reliable sealing of your instruments. The sealing parameters contact pressure, temperature and time are monitored and optionally read out with MELAprint 44, MELAflash CF-Card Printer or the software solution MELAtrace.

With MELAseal Pro, you can complete the packaging process in the shortest possible time: because the films are automatically drawn in and sealed. With the soft keys in combination with the high-resolution LCD display, all functions can be intuitively adapted to your practice requirements. This is pure convenience and ergonomics!

Design the packaging process according to your ideas with work tables and reel holders. When using heavy cassettes or long instruments, the optional work tables can be used to make operation even easier.
